Tim Karlstrand is a Senior Civil Engineer with the East Bay Municipal Utilities District in the Construction Division. Tim graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in molecular cellular biology and a master’s degree in civil engineering. Tim has worked in construction, consulting engineering, and as an owner on facility, wastewater, and water projects. Tim is passionate about individuals as they are the resource that makes projects and programs successful. Tim enjoys developing and supporting collaborative teams who plan, design, and implement projects and programs which improve the lives of the team members and society.
