The Partnering Facilitator Evaluation Forms are a crucial tool used by project teams to assess the effectiveness of Professional Neutral Partnering Facilitators during construction projects. These forms allows team members to provide feedback on the facilitator's process, neutrality, and ability to drive resolution among stakeholders. By completing this evaluation, teams can ensure that facilitators adhere to best practices in collaborative partnering, ultimately enhancing project outcomes and fostering a culture of teamwork. The evaluation forms are utilized at both the Kick-off (E-1) and Close-out (E-2) stages of the partnering process.
