Every year, the International Partnering Institute recognizes projects and individuals who best exemplify the principles of partnering and promote our mission to spread the value of Collaborative Partnering to the construction industry by helping owners and other construction leaders understand how to Deliver Partnering that Works™.
The annual John L. Martin Partnered Projects of the Year awards celebrate project success, partnering best practices, and acknowledge teams and individuals who achieve extraordinary results. See the list of previous award winners here.

Applications for the 2025 John L. Martin Partnered Projects of the Year awards are now closed for 2025! We hope to see you again next year!
Eligible projects:
- Achieved substantial or final completion between January 1 through December 31, 2024;
- Used a structured Partnering process in accordance with the IPI Model, including a neutral facilitator; and
- Are to be nominated by the owner, designer, contractor, construction manager, facilitator or third-party stakeholder.
