Early Bird Discount:
Applications received by January 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT qualify for an early-bird discount. Be sure to submit early to take advantage of the reduced rate!
To be eligible, projects must meet the following criteria:- Achieved substantial or final completion between January 1 through December 31, 2025;
- Used a structured Partnering process in accordance with the IPI Model, including a neutral facilitator; and
For teams who used a collaborative process without a neutral facilitator, apply for the IPI Collaborative Project of the Year Awards.

The Strategic Partnering Achievement Award recognizes teams with measurable, significant results across a construction program with at least one project completed in 2025, using a neutral facilitator and other IPI best practices. |
The Partnering Champion Award honors organizations that have established a strong partnering culture and demonstrated a sustained, long-term commitment to IPI’s best practices and the collaborative process. Application coming soon! |
