What makes a good candidate for the certification?

Upon completion of the Quarterly IPI Project Leader Certification, candidates will be able to:

• Know how to create a high trust culture on their projects
• Build a high performing project team
• Prevent and resolve project issues

These are the Steps on Your Certified Project Leader (IPI) Journey:

1. Submit an application and pay the application fee
2. Complete the three courses (detailed list below):

• Course #1: Collaborative Partnering: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (PT) live virtual.
• Course #2: Trusted Leader: self-study course recorded with an on demand kick-off session- six-modules, including a 30-Day challenge, followed by the instructor's office hours via email to answer any questions you have.
• Course #3: Preventing and Resolving Project Disputes: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ( PT) live virtual.
• Added Couse Benefits: Detailed course workbooks, pdfs of course slides, and access to our Project Leader Certification recorded Final Exam review session - available once the above three courses have been completed.

3. Pass the final exam 
4. Get recognized - when you earn your Project Leader certification, use the "IPI" designation and plan to be celebrated at the next IPI Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony
5. Keep your certification current - Certified Project Leaders are required to renew their certification every three years
