Judi Mosqueda

Chief Development Officer

San Francisco International Airport

Judi Mosqueda is the Chief Development Officer at SFO and oversees Design and Construction, including Architecture, Engineering, Procurement and Contracts, and Project Management. She is responsible for the successful implementation of SFO’s $7B capital improvement program that includes the renowned Harvey Milk Terminal 1, Grand Hyatt at SFO, Airtrain extension and Long-Term Parking improvements. Judi is a licensed landscape architect with 30 years of experience in design and construction. She has a nuanced understanding of integrated project delivery and the progressive design-build contracting method. At SFO, Judi’s passion for place-making guides her delivery of exceptional projects.



Ivar Satero

Airport Director

San Francisco International Airport

IVAR C. SATERO was appointed Airport Director of the San Francisco International Airport on July 21, 2016. Ivar began his career with the Airport in 1994, managing transit projects of the Airport’s $3B Master Plan Expansion Program, and serving as Deputy Airport Director for the Design & Construction Division up until 2014. In April 2014, Ivar was appointed Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Operations & Security, Information Technology & Telecommunications, Facilities Maintenance, and Planning, Design & Construction, responsible for the implementation of the Airport’s $7.4B Ascent Program focused on terminal redevelopment, support facilities and Infrastructure.

Ivar currently serves on the Board of the San Francisco Travel Association, the Board of the San Francisco/Silicon Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, on the Executive Committee of the Bay Area Council, and as a member of the Gateway Airports Council.



Geoffrey W. Neumayr, SE

Chief Resiliency & Sustainability Officer

San Francisco International Airport

Geoffrey W. Neumayr is the former Chief Development Officer for the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and now currently serves as the Chief Resiliency & Sustainability Officer.

At SFO, Geoff was responsible for the development of over $8B in Capital Projects. Under his leadership, he guided the design and construction of the new Air Traffic Control Tower, Boarding Area E, and Terminal 3 West. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1984. He is a nationally recognized leader and speaker throughout the United States on integrated project delivery and Progressive Design Build. Geoff is a frequent lecturer for universities including Stanford, UC Berkeley, and his alma mater, Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Geoff was the former Chair of the National Board of Directors for the Design Build Institute of America and is still a member of the National Board. Geoff is Co-Chair for the Design Build Institute of America’s Progressive Design Build Committee where he was responsible for developing the national education program and was an instructor for Progressive Design Build. He also serves on Dean’s Council for his Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s College of Architectural & Environmental Design and the International Partnering Institute’s Board of Directors.
