Senior Vice President of Delivery & Construction

With over 23 years of experience in delivering complex civil and rail transit projects across the United States, I am the Senior Vice President of Project Delivery and Construction at Austin Transit Partnership (ATP), the organization responsible for the largest public transit expansion project in Austin's history.

As part of the senior leadership team, I oversee the strategic project delivery planning, contract administration, construction prep, systems integration, and stakeholder engagement with a focus on the industry of the transit project, which will add new light rail services to the Austin metro area. My mission is to provide safe, reliable, and sustainable transportation solutions that enhance the mobility and quality of life of the communities I serve. I leverage my Master's degree in Civil Engineering and my expertise in feasibility studies, project planning, and contract management to direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards. I also foster collaborative relationships with executive management, public agencies, private partners, and community groups to facilitate project delivery and alignment with the vision and goals of ATP.
