Jeanne Kuttel
Ms. Kuttel is Chief of Department of Water Resource's (DWR) Division of Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in program/project management, engineering, construction management, and oversight of water resources projects throughout California. In 2017, she served as Incident Commander for Oroville Emergency Recovery. She is DWR’s Partnering Program Sponsor and is on IPI’s Board of Directors.
