Gregory Grabowski
Gregory brings 31 years of architectural, engineering, design, and operational leadership experience to formal partnering, bringing owners, architect-engineer teams, and constructors together to build cost effective facilities. With successful experience leading both Top Secret DOD and commercial design and construction programs as a deputy director of design operations, director of construction, operations, engineering and construction program management, and US Navy Surface Warfare Officer, Gregory has led interdisciplinary design and construction teams on four continents.
He is currently engaged on mega-projects including the new $2B Los Angeles County Mental Health Treatment Center and the $1.8B Giant Magellan Telescope project to be built on the Las Campanas summit in Chile, as well as healthcare, aerospace, and manufacturing projects currently underway in Southern California.
A licensed mechanical engineer in both California and Alaska, Gregory also holds a California B-General Contractor’s license, as well as various construction related certifications including LEED® AP and CCM.
