A Collaborative Partnering Steering Committee (CPSC) is an executive body formed to steer the culture of your construction program. CPSCs are comprised of leaders who are the head of departments/divisions, construction firms, CMs, design firms, and industry associations. The role of the CPSC is to identify weaknesses in your program and barriers to collaboration (that routinely come up on projects) and to develop policy and procedure changes to enable projects to be delivered more successfully.
