Throughout his 30+ year career as a licensed architect and business leader, Paul has used a collaborative and inclusive approach to Partnering that leverages his natural understanding of others in order to make personal connections, grow trust, unify joint efforts, and develop and guide high-performing teams through complex and diverse challenges. His experience includes 18+ years in executive roles with one of the world’s leading solutions providers; 10 years as the founder and managing partner of an international architectural design practice; and prior to joining GCC & Associates, three years launching a new joint venture Program Management firm in Saudi Arabia as Vice President of Growth & Strategy.
