Paul Crotty is the founder of Crew Consulting Group. For over 20 years he was a part of the Ventura Consulting Group team where he served as a Master Level partnering facilitator. He has worked with hundreds of project teams on large and complex construction projects, both nationally and internationally. Having worked with almost every type of delivery method (i.e. design-build, CMGC, P3, IPD, etc.), with almost every construction type, (heavy civil, vertical, health care, space, military, renewable, etc.), Mr. Crotty brings a vast array of experience of building successful teams on billions of dollars worth of construction projects. |
