Eileen Sien has an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. With over 24 years of experience both coordinating and managing large transportation projects in the State of Maryland Eileen is a skilled communicator who quickly builds strong and effective relationships among various stakeholders. She is often tasked with achieving consensus on potentially difficult issues. Her technical expertise and dynamic and inclusive approach to solving technical challenges have built her reputation for quality design and client-oriented service and are key to developing a partnering culture. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and an IPI Certified Facilitator. |
