Are there certain delivery methods that are better supported by partnering?  Does the construction type or industry determine the effectiveness of a partnering process?  What size does a project have to be for partnering to add value?  This interactive presentation will look at the criteria that makes projects successful, and when or where a formal partnering process should be utilized.  Other questions addressed will be:  When do you adapt your partnering process to your project?  What role does senior leadership play?  What about teams that have a history of successful projects, does the partnering process change for them?
